I was shocked at the attitude and comments of the staff at St Charles MSK department. They were rude about patients and appeared unconcerned lacked any form of empathy.

Appointment for MRI scan came quicker than anticipated. Staff at MRI scanner indifferent (one was playing a game on their phone while I was trying to get some information and did not even look at me). Three weeks after scan having heard nothing I contacted my GP they had not received any results. I contacted the MRI people I was advised that my scan had not been looked at yet and it could take up to six weeks for somebody to do so. I have just been told that the review of the scan has now been done (five weeks and three days after the scan) and a telephone consultation needs to conducted. The earliest date for that is almost two weeks away I.e. seven weeks and three days after the scan before I get the results

Ultrasound department staff are caring and highly professional 5 Star Service Very helpful radiographer explained the whole procedure before the scan. Assistant was very caring too. Clean environment Highly recommended

Had MRI scan yesterday following doctors referral. Had to wait 3weeks for appointment but much quicker than local hospital. Information & service was excellent. Seen on time & very professional & informative. I would certainly use them again through NHS or privately.
