No clear signage on 1st floor no receptionist or staff manning the waiting area Main desk receptionist not giving enough and proper directions just saying g to 1st floor and no signs for toilets specially when appointment is for bladder ultrasound procedure Radiographer and their staff were good

Loved the walk in and wait procedure. It's modern and stops idle staff. The two nurses/assistant I saw were very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were immaculate.

My appointment at Riverside Clinic was a very positive one. The clinic was easy to reach off the A4 with an ample car park. I found the building very clean and modern and I was treated with respect and dignity by the staff who treated me that day.

Was anxious about my ultrasound appointment, but both sonographer and assistant were really calm and reassuring. I was even told not to worry as the results did not indicate a problem. Overall, a positive experience.
