From the start of the visit everyone was very helpful.I found they were kind and considerate as I was nervous about having an MRI scan.

The clinic has excellent service, free car park and coffee machine, the clinic was very clean and well kept. I was seen and assessed without an waiting, stuff were polite, helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend this clinic.

Perfunctory ultrasound procedure. No reassurance or conversation. In fact apart from the instructions such as 'lie on the bed', or 'remove lower garmets' (for the transvaginal ultrasound) there was zero conversation. Cold, clinical and sterile but I suppose it got the procedure done.

I have recently had to have an MRI on both feet and ankles, the staff in Norwich couldn’t have been more helpful. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Everything was punctual, well explained but succinct, courteous but swift. I would definitely recommend

Mathew was so understanding. And he listened to me which mr doctors never did He regarded me to spire hospital very quick appointment and. Couldn’t believe they had me have Xray the same day and now Iv an operation in 2 weeks time. Which I can’t thank mathew enough hopefully my op will go great and I can start living my life again amazing service thank you so much mathew

Attended Raphael House Gidea Park for an internal pelvic ultrasound . Appt ran to time and the staff were excellent . They were friendly , efficient and put you at your ease . I would have no hesitation attending this venue again . Thank you for your care .

The assistant and the Sonographer were both very professional. Introduced themselves, explained the whole procedure in layman's terms. Treated me with dignity & respect ( I had a transvaginal ultrasound ) which is very assuring during such an intimate procedure so that I felt comfortable throughout and felt no embarrassment. Thank you ladies 😊
