Review titled Excellent care

I was looked after excellently from the moment I arrived. The appointment was punctual, the 2 technicians were kind and reassuring, as I hadn’t had an mri before. The scan was carried out quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. The only complaint is that I had to get a bus and the walk from the bus to the clinic was treacherous, along a mud path next to a very busy road, and I took my life in my hands trying to cross the road. Luckily I rescheduled my appointment during daylight hours, as it would be dangerous while dark

Was very nervous about my MRI scan, but from the moment I arrived, the staff were supportive and helpful. They made me feel reassured and safe. Very impressed with the treatment I received and the caring nature from those who gave it.

Review titled Fantastic service and experience.

I was late for my appointment as I work nights and had over-slept. I was treated with understanding and kindness and the staff even managed to squeeze me in that same day. Many thanks to the whole team - fantastic.

A very good experience all round. Appointment sent to my phone as well as further reminders. On arrival at the centre I was greeted very politely and sent to the appropriate waiting area. I was collected by a very friendly nurse and my procedure was carried out by a lovely practitioner who put me at ease and explained everything to me. A very positive experience. Thank you

Lovely clean premises, friendly staff and I was seen quickly. Very happy patient! I was a bit nervous during my ultrasound but the doctor put me at ease. I really couldn’t have asked for more! It was such a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Well done NHS!

by George. - Posted on 23 Apr 2024
I was booked in for an emergency ultra sound by my brilliant gp from burnley medical centre, within hours I got a message asking to book an ultrasound by text,i chose 5pm, i went this morning to double check my appointment and the chap on reception said we cant check as healthshare has its own computer system so I went back at 5pm and they are telling me I'm not booked in, i am in pain and Im sure if it wasn't that urgent they wouldn't have sent me a book opportunity for that day, they are telling me its 2nd may, Healthcare are not fit for purpose and Im writing to my member of parliament as this company are just agents making money
