Review titled First class help.
by Anonymous. - Posted on 17 May 2024
I have peripheral neuropathy and following a fall 18 months ago I broke my leg and dislocated my ankle. I had a plate inserted and although everything healed and physio was successful at the time, other problems have now arisen causing me pain and discomfort. I attended an appointment and had a thorough check and exercises to ascertain what to do next. The physio was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He arranged for me to speak to the physio at Longfield the following day who took a history, gave me further appointments and sent me exercises tailored to my needs to do at home. Again he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions that had arisen. I feel that I am getting somewhere now and wish to thank all concerned for their help and in sharing there expertise with me. I am very grateful and look forward to getting better again.

Review titled Friendly staff

Staff were very pleasant and friendly also polite explained procedure and put your mind at rest. The cubicle where they greet you and the changing room is a little snug, but the overall experience was a credit to your service.

Review titled Dont respond to emails at all - wasting appointments!!
by Anonymous. - Posted on 17 May 2024
First of all their email listed on letters does not get replied to!! Do not email the appointments@healthshare….. email!! I had an appointment for an ultrasound that i rearranged and booked a new date via the NHS App. i get a letter saying i did not attend my original cancelled appointment, i emailed them to tell them this was an error on their end and i rebooked/cancelled this appointment. (The new appointment is confirmed and showing on NHS app.) no reply from their email and just had a message from my doctors now saying the referral was passed back to them. Bad service do not recommend- dont put an email on if you dont even answer it!! Someone else could if had that appointment if your services worked correctly but clearly not.
