I recently had an ultrasound scan and was treated with respect and care. I was also kept informed what was happening. I am a very nervous patient and am 81 years old but felt comfortable and reassured

I have just had another guided injection and as usual it was a very good visit. The lady who did the procedure ( sorry I can't remember her name). Is very professional but very caring and puts you at ease and so did the nurse. All the staff I have delt with have been brilliant. A big thank you from me Steve Hawkins

Thank you for your prompt, efficient and kind ultrasound service provided at Crown Street Surgery. The appointment reminders by text were helpful. I was treated with great dignity and respect by the Surgery receptionist and by Healthshare professionals. The results were sent to my own GP immediately and I received feedback the next working day. Thank you.

As an NHS patient in a private clinic I was a little concerned as to how I would be treated. My treatment could not have been any better. All staff from reception, nurses and surgeon were amazing. I was informed every step of the way through my surgery and after treatment. Excellent communication for follow up appointments. I could not recommend this clinic more highly. A definite 10 out of 10 for me.

I was attended by a member of medical team who invested by condition thoroughly and suggested way forward. She also demonstrated as to what type of physical exercise I need to do for reducing my discomfort. Yesterday she has sent a follow up email with a brochure detailing physical exercises which I find quite useful. She has also arranged a follow up appointment for me.

Wembley centre for health and care. The staff was professional, friendly and caring and they explain the procedures in simple terms. The minute you arrive they greet you and they go through the procedures with care and dignity. Very please with their services.
