I was very apprehensive as I was not sure what the staff or facilities would be like but I should not have been concerned! The whole experience was great I only waited a very short time to be seen and the staff were professional and lovey.Thank you to the NHS.

Was feeling a little nervous about MRI but felt reassured by helpful staff who made sure I was comfortable gave me a panic button in case I had any issues. Thankfully all went well.

Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff at reception and directed to a nice waiting area. Appointment was very prompt and again lovely members of staff made my visit comfortable and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend this service.

I had an appointment with a young physio consultant from the MSK team in The Howard Venue, Hextable. He was thorough, took time to listen to me & answer my questions. Explain my condition & give me a realistic recovery time. Examine me & give me some very important advice about the medication that I had been prescribed. He explained the next steps in my recovery. Excellent service, thank you.

Arrived to a large Free car park. Was politely greeted at reception and sat in the waiting area with my completed questionnaire. Was called about 3 minutes later and went through the questionnaire and was asked questions to make sure all was clear. All personal effects was locked away and I took the key with me. Shown into the MRI suite and got scanned ( approximately 25 minutes for me). Clear instructions throughout the scan so no surprises. When finished was shown back to my personal items. Picked them up and I was out. Good job all round. Well done to all.

I was very impressed by the attentive hearing I was given and was told exactly what was wrong and how to deal with initial arthritis.The exercises given are excellent. I am more mobile and active in just few days of doing those exercises and the pain is hardly there
