I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and seen immediately (I was prepared to wait longer than my appointment time as I realise how tight appointment times are). I was made to feel comfortable and the medical staff were clearly experienced and made me feel calm, for an appointment I was quite nervous about. Really professional and kind.

Had recently the experience with Healthshare Clinic at Norwich, it was a great service. Everything is well and organised. The staff were accommodating and treat me well. Its good that its not in the hospital cause my appointment went easy and fast.

This has to have been the most personable and genuine treatment I've received in a clinic. The staff were caring and natural and made sure I was a part of what was happening. Dr. was fantastic, although I can't remember his name. Desk staff were amazing. Let's take this place and use it as the example. What a great and pleasant group of professionals. I wish them all the best.

Can't fault the whole service I received, from little to no wait to be seen, calm cool environment, great staff and an incredible MRI scan. The built in video to watch whilst the scans were being done is a genius idea.

Treated with respect and dignity having an ultrasound. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke to me through the procedure and this helped me from getting anxious.

I was ever so happy with the way the 2 ladies took care of me even put a blanket on me because it was cold in there so helpful and polite l felt at ease and l am happy to leave a comment to thank them for all they do much appreciate.
