I was very nervous about the scan I was having but made to feel very comfortable by the health care professionals doing the scan. They explained everything that was going to happen and at all times treated me with dignity and kindness. Excellent.

Flexible about date of procedure. Confusion over leaving messages their call centre did not seem to connect to Norwich clinic. Was not told had to stop blood thinner 5 hours before procedure. Not sure Medical staff had my list of medication.Knee injection fine and staff very professional.

From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the helpful receptionists and are guided swiftly to a comfortable seat to await being call for your allotted appointment during your appointment you're kept well informed as to what is taking place and treated with dignity and respect marvellous staff I'd recommend you to anyone
