I visited the Riverside Clinic, Brentford for DEXA scan on 12/06/23. From the moment I walked into reception I was greeted by friendly staff and escorted to the scan room waiting area. I was seen ahead of my scheduled appointment time, the scan service was quick and efficient, the Radiographer carrying out the scan procedure was friendly and kept me informed during and after the scan. The clinic is clean, modern with parking facilities (car registration number must be validated at reception desk kiosk). I was extremely pleased with my experience.

I was referred by my Doctor for a MRI scan recently and was contacted by Healthshare to arrange an appointment. I found the whole process from the initial contact through to the actual procedure to be first class.Everything was explained and the actual scan was completed with courtesy and respect.The clinical team were very helpful and extremely efficient during my time with them.Top marks for service,which is a very rare occurrence nowadays.Thank you.

The experience for me is very interesting, quite sceptical what to expect but because of the instructors they are kind and have patience and making sure that everybody is doing the right exercise. I am very please and looking forward to do all my session. I hope this service can be or should be available for all NHS workers specially those who are using physical methods of caring ie., Ortho and geriatric and neuro patient.giving them an allowance physically apart from the annual physical mandatory courses. I am sure this will be a long term benifits.
