Mr Togay Koç specialises in conditions of the foot and ankle, including all forefoot, midfoot and hindfoot conditions both acute and chronic, traumatic, and degenerative. Mr Koç delivers reliable, evidence based procedures to appropriately selected patients in order to give them the best care and experience possible.

After spending his earlier life in Turkey, Belgium and the United States of America, Mr Koç came to the UK for medical training and completed his surgical training across London, South East Thames and the Wessex Deanery. Mr Koç obtained fellowship experience at University Hospital Southampton, Harborview Medical Centre (Seattle, WA, USA), Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre (Oxford University Hospital), Royal Surrey Hospital and Frimley Park Hospital. Mr Koç was a Locum Consultant at University Hospital Southampton before his substantive Consultant post at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. In addition to clinical work, Mr Koç is currently the Audit Lead for the Trauma & Orthopaedic Department at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

Mr Koç has also been nominated and/or won awards for teaching, presentation and research excellence, and is involved with Orthopaedic Specialty training at a national level.
