Dr Toomas Särev is a highly skilled consultant cardiologist who has been diagnosing and managing adult heart-related problems for over 30 years. He completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training at Tampere University Hospital, Finland, after graduating from Tartu University, Estonia, in 1988.

Dr Särev has an excellent record of treating various heart conditions, including chest pain, angina, heart attacks, heart rhythm disturbances and palpitations, heart failure, valvular diseases, arterial hypertension, and pacemakers. He has worked in multicultural contexts in Scandinavia and Sudan. He has been an Interventional Cardiologist at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, supporting James Paget University Hospital’s cardiology team from 2010 until June 2023.
