Chantelle joined Healthshare as a Patient Care Advisor in 2020, an administrative phone-based roll. Since then, she has worked her way up to a new role as the Referral Management Centre Administration Manager. She will soon be progressing into an Interim Clinical Services RMC Manager role – a testament to how quickly you can progress at Healthshare if you are a great fit for the role. These roles involve processing NHS referrals at Healthshare and managing a team. Chantelle now works at our brand-new call centre in Hull.
Chantelle joined us with many years of call centre experience under her belt already and gained administration experience in different parts of the business before progressing into her current role.
