Our patient advice and liaison service offers patients, their families and careers support, information and help with all services provided by Healthshare Ltd. We can:

  • give you information about our services and the choices available to you
  • listen to your comments, compliments or concerns about the services provided by us either by telephone of our Patient Satisfaction Survey
  • help you to resolve, as quickly as possible, any problems or issues that you have about our services
  • give you information about the formal complaints process and independent advocacy services
