We deliver services locally, within GP practices, our own dedicated diagnostic centres, and through mobile facilities to ensure access for all.

As part of Healthshare group we deliver diagnostic services (MRI/X-Ray/DEXA/US) into the MSK pathways delivered by Healthshare, enabling Healthshare to be the only provider to deliver a fully integrated MSK pathway.

Our services are delivered from community and mobile diagnostics at sites across the country, across a range of diagnostic modalities such as 3.0T MRI, X-Ray, DEXA, Endoscopy, Echocardiology & Ultrasound and we are focused on making sure you get the right test, when you need it.

Our services are ‘connected’ to our customers from electronic referral into our services to reports flowing seamlessly back to referring clinicians.

Our primary patient information system is Soliton, a diagnostic specific system that is widely used in many other NHS diagnostic environments.

However, alongside this, we have pioneered the use of the ICE (Integrated Clinical Environment) system in the independent sector, which enables Soliton to receive referrals and send results back to GP’s quickly and efficiently. We also have a dedicated team that provides images to any part of the Health Sector via the Image Exchange Portal (IEP).

What this means for you, the patient is that you can rest assured that if you need to see anyone after having your diagnostic assessment they will have easy access to your results to ensure that you can get the right treatment, straight away.

As well as our innovative use of technology to provide joined-up care for our patients we also actively engage with all of our stakeholders, both running and attending events for; patients, GP’s, practice managers and secondary care colleagues and actively engaging with existing patient groups like Healthwatch to provide our service users with a voice and continually evaluate and improve our services.

We have our own teleradiology service which provides all our internal reporting and audit and also provides services to external customers. This allows us to provide fast turnaround of reports and allows patients to be seen quicker.
