You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

- The form takes approximately 20 minutes to complete
- Those eligible are asked to watch an informative video
- After the video we ask you to select and submit the treatment option you feel best suits your needs
- Failing to make a selection may lead to a delay in your care.

I had to see a Doctor regarding my arthritis in my foot and I was treated with an extremely knowledgeable Doctor who was friendly professional and very hard working. She pointed out my problems and would defiantly see her again.

Norwich clinic for a MRI Scan. Every member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. I had to contact the clinic via telephone prior to my appointment to give them some information and the call was answered quickly, by a bubbly yet professional person. When I visited the clinic for my MRI scan I was welcomed at reception and guided to the waiting area. I was barely waiting for a couple of minutes before another member of staff arrived and took me to have the scan. She explained the whole procedure and asked if I had any questions. Everyone I met was a total credit to this Clinic.

The healthshare facility at Brentford is very good, a bit difficult to find, but once inside, the staff are Excellent, friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this healthshare facility

The service was good. However I was not offered a chaperone. I had a transvaginal ultrasound with a male technician. He performed the examination in the proper way and treated me with dignity and respect. There was a female assistant in the room but she was behind the curtain so did not observe the procedure. I also found it difficult to get through on the phone before the appointment. On arrival I told the staff I had just started menstruating. I had to lie on a single layer of thin paper. I was surprised that some paper towels were not put down. I was offered plenty of towels after to clean up the gel used for the ultrasound.

I had a really good experience at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Hardly no waiting time, I was in and out quickly. Very impressed with this service.

Thank you to all the staff at Healthshare for an exceptional and outstanding service. From the admin lady who booked my appointment, to receptionist, the Health Care Assistant and the gentleman who performed the procedure. A very relaxed and professional team of health care professionals. Thank you

The whole experience was exemplary. I was taken through every step of the procedure, and felt confident and comfortable about everything. It was all very professional, but with a caring attitude. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this service.
