28 years' experience in the NHS and owning and managing fast growing businesses. Broad set of management and leadership skills having held Director positions at NHS England, NHS acute trusts, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS Primary Care Trusts. Specific skills in contracting, commissioning, service mobilisation, strategic planning, improvement programmes, cost improvement programmes (CIP) and change. Previously with two accountancy/consultancy firms and own businesses. Andy was also non-executive Group Chair of Network Housing Group, providing homes for 50,000 people in London and the South East.

Anand Parkunan - Clinical Director & Consultant Physiotherapist

20 years' experience working in various clinical services and worked in a senior clinical team improving clinical delivery and outcomes. Also trained as a sonographer and has extensive experience in ultrasound guided injection therapy. Developed an ESP training programme for Healthshare clinical services and involved in clinical research.

Ellen Calder - Operations Director

16 years' experience working within the NHS as an Extended Scope Practitioner, Service Development and Operations Manager. Ellen has extensive experience in running companywide operational functions and leading on large scale projects. These include the mobilisation of new contracts, pathway improvements and service redesign and delivery.

Becky Cowderoy - Quality & Governance Lead and Operations Manager - Hampshire

Responsibilities:

Robert Walker – Senior Operations Manager – Oxfordshire & Hillingdon

10 years' experience with the NHS, during which time Rob helped re-develop the safeguarding processes for a large ambulance trust, manage the team that would assist in the coordination of major incident responses, maintain the national intensive care bed register, and coordinate the neonatal transfer services for a population area of over 12 million. Since leaving the NHS Rob has worked managing services for stakeholder organisations to the NHS that have included two week wait cancer services, consultant led secondary care services and community services.
