Nick McGrath - Founder

Service design and delivery in the establishment of evidence-based Spinal Rehabilitation, Chronic Pain Management and Condition Management services within secondary care and satellite outreach clinics. Previously acted on a consultancy basis as the regional lead for physiotherapy strategy for Ramsay Healthcare UK Ltd.

Neil Cook - Founder

Managing partner of Teign Valley Restorations, managing sustainable listed development of properties within Dartmoor National Park.

Andy Watson - Managing Director

25 years experience in the NHS and owning and managing fast growing businesses. Broad set of management and leadership skills having held Director positions at NHS England, NHS acute trusts, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS Primary Care Trusts. Specific skills in contracting, commissioning, service mobilisation, strategic planning, improvement programmes, cost improvement programmes (CIP) and change. Previously with two accountancy/consultancy firms and own businesses. Andy is also non-executive Group Chair of Network Housing Group, providing homes for 50,000 people in London and the South East.

Karen McGrath - Accounts Director

  • Oversee payroll administration, SAGE book keeping and accounts for Healthshare

15 years experience working within the public and private sector both as a senior clinician and more recently as a service manager responsible for the physiotherapy and musculoskeletal service delivery within Bromley Hospitals Private Patient Unit. Karen has extensive experience in clinical audit and clinical governance.
